FDR are commercial debt recovery and collection specialists

If we have contacted you about a debt it is vital that you contact us straight away. You must not ignore our correspondence and telephone calls because the longer you leave things the worse your situation will become as legally enforceable fees and charges will be added to your debt.

Our professionalism and persistence is successful and widely respected. We have successfully recovered payment of unpaid invoices ranging from under £1,000 up to tens of thousands of pounds from businesses to date.

We are dedicated to our Clients’ interests and will make every effort to recover the monies which are rightfully theirs. We are professionals working within the provisions of the Late Payment Legislation and will treat debtors fairly and with respect. The debt recovery and collection procedures we conduct are fully compliant with current legislation and regulation.

If we have contacted you it is important that you respond promptly. You should understand that if the correspondence states that legal action is intended, Court proceedings or Insolvency proceedings against your business or company will already be underway.

Where Court proceedings are to be issued we will contact you during the 14 day pre-litigation protocol period, which starts on the day we issue a Notice of Court Proceedings.

Each time we contact you further legally enforceable recovery costs will be added to our Claim against your business or company. On expiry of the 14 day pre-litigation protocol period and without further notice Court proceedings will immediately be issued. Court fees, solicitors fees and additional late payment charges will be added to the total amount claimed in Court.

If your company has received a Notice of Insolvency Proceedings you must act immediately. A Petition to Wind Up your company will be presented in Court on expiry of the Notice.

Should you be in any doubt as to the practical, commercial and legal consequences of a Winding Up Petition being issued against your company, we strongly advise you to seek immediate, independent legal advice.

Do not ignore our communications, your debt must be paid, and you must to act quickly to prevent further costs and legal action.
